วันพีซ (ญี่ปุ่น: ワンピ－ス Wanpīsu ในชื่ออังกฤษ One Piece ?) เป็นการ์ตูนญี่ปุ่นเขียนโดย เออิจิโร โอดะ เรื่องราวของการตามหา "วันพีซ" โดยผู้ที่ได้มาครอบครองจะได้เป็นจ้าวแห่งโจรสลัด เริ่มลงตีพิมพ์ในนิตยสารโชเน็นจัมป์ ของสำนักพิมพ์ชูเอฉะ ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2540 - ปัจจุบัน (พ.ค. 2555) ฉบับรวมเล่มออกมาถึงเล่มที่ 66 (ในประเทศไทย) และเนื่องจากความโด่งดัง วันพีซ จึงได้รับการดัดแปลงเป็นอะนิเมะ นวนิยาย รวมไปถึงเกมอีกหลายภาคด้วยกัน
ในประเทศไทย วันพีซได้ลิขสิทธิ์โดยสำนักพิมพ์สยามอินเตอร์คอมิกส์ ตีพิมพ์ลงในนิตยสารการ์ตูนซีคิดส์รายสัปดาห์ ส่วนฉบับอะนิเมะ ได้ลิขสิทธิ์โดย Audio & Video Entertainment (เฉพาะปี 1) DEX (ตั้งแต่ปี 2 เป็นต้นไป และในปี พ.ศ. 2552 DEX ได้นำภาค 1 มาผลิตใหม่ในรูปแบบDVD โดยเสียงพากย์ จะพากย์ใหม่ทั้งหมด โดยทีมพากย์ของ DEX เอง) และเคยออกอากาศทางฟรีทีวีทางไอทีวี (ทีไอทีวี) , โมเดิร์นไนน์ทีวี และในเร็วๆ นี้ วันพีชกำลังจะกลับมาออกอากาศอีกครั้ง ทางช่อง 3 โดยจะเริ่มฉายตั้งแต่ภาคที่ 4 เริ่มวันที่ 8 สิงหาคม 2553
วันพีซเป็นหนึ่งในการ์ตูนที่โด่งดังที่สุดของญี่ปุ่น จุดเด่นของเรื่องนี้อยู่ที่การที่ผู้วาดได้สร้างสรรค์ความฝันซึ่งต้องการผจญภัยพร้อมกับเหล่ามิตรแท้ในวัยเด็กของหลาย ๆ คนได้อย่างมีเสน่ห์ โดยระหว่างการผจญภัย ลูฟี่ต้องเจออุปสรรคในการพิสูจน์เพื่อนแท้มากมาย รวมทั้งได้เรียนรู้เรื่องราวและตำนานของบุคคลต่าง ๆ ที่ผ่านเข้ามาในเนื้อเรื่อง ไม่ว่าจะเป็น กองทัพเรือของรัฐบาลโลก เจ็ดเทพโจรสลัด เจ้าหญิงวีวี่แห่งอาลาบัสต้า เมืองแห่งทะเลทราย โนแลนด์จอมโกหก และเกาะแห่งท้องฟ้าในตำนาน
